Troliee Account Deletion

This page explains how users of the Troliee mobile application can request deletion of their account and personal data.

How to request account deletion

Please send an email with the subject:

Delete My Troliee Account

to:

Please include

• Your registered email address
• Your registered phone number
• Your full name (optional)

Data that will be deleted

• User account
• Profile information
• Email address
• Phone number
• Saved addresses

Data that may be retained

• Transaction history if required by law
• Financial records required for legal compliance

Processing time

Account deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days.
